If you see this message on your action dashboard, here’s why it might be happening and how to fix it:
Possible Reasons & Solutions
✅ Wrong Dashboard URL?
- Your dashboard URL might be different (e.g., .club, .xyz, etc.).
- Fix: Bookmark the URL from your activation email when you purchased your license key.
✅ Forgot Password?
- Fix: Contact your Growth Manager to reset it.
✅ Failed Renewal?
- If your subscription renewal failed, your dashboard gets deactivated automatically.
- Fix: Contact your Growth Manager to manually pay the pending renewal or confirm if your renewal has lapsed.
