If you see this message on your action dashboard, hereโ€™s why it might be happening and how to fix it:

Possible Reasons & Solutions

โœ… Wrong Dashboard URL?

  • Your dashboard URL might be different (e.g., .club, .xyz, etc.).
  • Fix: Bookmark the URL from your activation email when you purchased your license key.

โœ… Forgot Password?

โœ… Failed Renewal?

  • If your subscription renewal failed, your dashboard gets deactivated automatically.
  • Fix: Contact your Growth Manager to manually pay the pending renewal or confirm if your renewal has lapsed.
