Please take a look at our refund policy here. Our refund policy is based on different cases; if your case falls under any circumstances listed on our terms page, you can email sales@wolfgrowth.com within the first 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests after the first 24 hours of usage due to the allocation of your server in our reserved automation system.
